FOOD SAFETY POLICY

The primary strategic commitment of “VIA PROM DOO” is to be recognized for its quality, environmental care, employee safety and health during operations, food safety in the production and sale of sandwich biscuits with or without coatings, tea cookies with various flavors with or without cocoa coating.

“VIA PROM DOO” will achieve this by:

​

  • Observing and understanding the organization's purpose and context, aligning the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) with the requirements of the ISO22000:2018 standard;

  • Establishing Food Safety Management System (FSMS) objectives and a plan for their realization;

  • Adhering to customer requirements and applicable legal regulations;

  • Continuously studying the needs and expectations of interested parties to understand and adapt the organization accordingly;

  • Consistently responding to customer requirements and increasing customer satisfaction;

  • Organizing all activities within the organization as a network of processes with clearly defined inputs and outputs, where everyone has specific responsibilities that must be fulfilled, and managed at all times taking into account risks and opportunities when making decisions;

  • Continuously improving all processes and products to enhance the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in line with ISO22000:2018 requirements;

  • Producing safe and legally compliant products and taking responsibility towards customers.

All employees, led by top management, will comply with and apply the above principles in their daily work, fully aware that the success of the organization depends on them. Maintaining and continuously improving the established Food Safety Management System (FSMS) is understood by the organization as a priority.

“VIA PROM DOO” conducts periodic reviews of the quality policy and the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in accordance with ISO22000:2018 requirements to ensure alignment with the organization's goals, context, and continued relevance and suitability.

​

The Food Safety Policy is appropriately communicated and understood by all employees of “VIA PROM DOO”.

The Food Safety Policy is public and accessible to all interested parties.
